Rainbow Harvest Hash

A colorful, nutrient-dense recipe that can be enjoyed anytime of day!

What’s inside:

-Kale

-Red cabbage

-Brussels sprouts

-Butternut squash

-Potatoes

-Chicken sausage

-Cranberries

How to prepare:

-Set oven to 425 degrees.

-Start by roasting your squash, brussels sprouts and potatoes, 30-40 mins.

-While veggies roast, cook chicken sausage in a large heated skillet.

-Add kale and red cabbage, and sauté with olive oil, salt & pepper.

-Once veggies are roasted, add to skillet.

-Top with cranberries. Mix all ingredients well.
