pUMP IT UP
In 2016 I became a certified BODYPUMP™ instructor through the international fitness company Les Mills. BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to increase their strength. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. As an instructor I coach each class through the scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and fun music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Functional movements. Constant variation. High intensity. Community-based. These are the core components of CrossFit. I was introduced to Crossfit in 2017, and life hasn’t been the same since. I am now a Crossfit-Level 1 Trainer, coaching and programming workouts that can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
GIRLS ON THE RUN
I serve as a National Coach Ambassador for the non-profit Girls on the Run. The youth program aims to promote positive and healthy behaviors, focusing on the personal and physical development of 3rd-5th grade girls. Through weekly lessons and practices, the girls learn valuable lessons regarding their mental, emotional and physical health, while training for a celebratory 5K race.
